The Power Skills Programme

Connect Three logo

Calnex values its workforce and gives every employee the opportunity to attend The Power Skills Programme delivered by Connect Three.

What are Power Skills?

You have probably heard of Power Skills being referred to as 'soft skills' in the past and they are critical to every single person in today's workplace. In fact, there is nothing 'soft' about these skills and they can be quite hard to master.

We call them 'Power Skills' as we have designed these to give you power at work. This can be power to perform, to work well with others and become even more efficient in your role. There are a lot of benefits to you personally and professionally. Explore, grow or refresh skills that will make a difference to you and others at work. Spend time with peers to build new relationships. Build connections out with your own team to gain insights into other parts of Calnex.

There are 12 Power Skills for you to choose from and each will be delivered over a 3-hour interactive workshop.
